Assistant Buyer - Ladies Accessories and Shoes - 8036
Based in our busy Retail Office, the role is to assist the Buying Manager with selections of the Ladies Accessories and Shoe Collections for our Retail Shops and Website. The key duties of the role will be: attending buying appointments, allocating selections to meet market needs, accurately inputting orders, compiling reports on collections & analysing sales data, organising Retail training, liaising with Merchandising & Display and visiting all the shops on a regular basis.
Applicants should either have a minimum 2.1 degree in Fashion Buying related subject or equivalent practical attainment, advanced level Microsoft Office, proven experience of working in a Womenswear Buying role within the fashion industry, able to produce financial reports, excellent organisation skills and a demonstrated interest in fashion trends for ladies accessories and shoes. The ability to travel within the U.K. and internationally is also essential for this role.
