Full Time Assistant Manager - York - 8024
The primary feature of the role is to provide full support to the Shop Manager in all aspects of the daily running of the store and be responsible for it in their absence. Duties to include assisting the Shop Manager with increasing sales, achieving targets, maintaining excellent customer service, close liaison with the Retail Managers, recruitment, induction, training, discipline of staff, merchandising and shop security.
Successful applicants will have experience of Fashion Retail, product knowledge, excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to motivate, well presented and able to use own initiative. Supervisory experience is essential.
