HR Advisor/ Nottingham - 8058
You will provide a full ‘hands on’ operational HR generalist role on a range of activities such as performance management, compiling reports, supporting Line Managers with day to day ER issues, including absence, discipline and grievance, project work as well as working with our international locations.
You will be a credible HR Generalist, with experience gained working in a commercial busy and diverse HR function, ideally within a multi-site environment. You need to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a wide-ranging workload with changing priorities, have the inter-personal skills and presence required to support and influence Line Managers and be able to both work independently and as part of a team.
To apply you must have a degree in H.R.M., be C.I.P.D. qualified, have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and organisational skills, IT and HR systems literate, be able to meet tight deadlines and ability to travel in the U.K. are all essential.
