Temporary Customer Services Assistant Advisors/ Nottingham - £7.31 ph - 7068
You will assist the Customer Services Team by providing excellent customer services cover by handling customer enquiries and queries over the Christmas and sale period, for approximately 8-12 weeks.
Key duties will be to: manage the Customer Services and E-Shop inboxes on a daily basis by receiving and logging all calls/correspondence, input information into the CRM reporting system ensuring that this is up-to-dated on a daily basis, take telephone mail orders from customers, check availability and order from all locations. You may also be required to work in the E-Commerce Warehouse during busy periods.
Applicants will have ‘A’ levels or equivalent, have Advanced Outlook, Word and Excel and use of the Internet, able to accurately input data, and will have previous proven experience of working in a busy Customer Services environment as well as able to work between Christmas and New Year, Saturdays and Bank Holidays if required. Fluency in the French language would be desirable.
