In 1999 Paul Smith produced his first China collection. The mix of traditional craftsmanship with design worked perfectly to create two China collections; Stripe and Rose Print. The Stripe and White collections are full dinner services whilst the Rose Print china is available in a mug, plate and cup and saucer . All collections are sold exclusively in Paul Smith shops.

Renowned for his use of floral prints on the catwalk - the 'Rose China' collection features a striking and colourful photo print of a flower bed originally taken by Paul at Chelsea Flower Show. Petals and foliage in deep maroons and reds decorate cups, saucers, mugs and plates. Each is finished with gold trim.
The Rose Print collection invites colour and pattern to your table whilst giving the sense of being in an English country garden - limited to 150 pieces.

Paul Smith Stripe fine bone china is hand manufactured in England and is produced using special techniques and processes.
The multi-stripes are achieved on the fine bone china by a way of slide lithographing, which is fired and fuses to the surface of the wares. The finer details are then expertly hand painted and glazed. The gold used on the detailing is a liquid gold leaf (28%), equivalent of 22 carat gold.
