Rugs
I met the owners of the Rug Company at my Nottinghill shop. We started to talk and they asked if I would be interested in designing a collection of rugs. I knew immediately that we could work together. My designs have been a progression of my clothes, shirts and knitwear and my rugs are strong in pattern and form. They fit into today's interiors adding fun and colour. - Paul Smith
Paul Smith has been working with the Rug Company since 2001. They take great pride in producing beautifully hand made rugs and employ only the most highly skilled weavers, using traditional skills and techniques. Prices starts at £570 per square metre. The Collection now includes wallhangings and cushions. Paul Smith Rugs can only be bought from the Rug Company and are still made by hand in Nepal. To see how the rugs are made click here.
