Peter Clark

British Artist, Peter Clark, held an exhibition of his most recent work at the Paul Smith L.A. Shop in March to April 2007. The exhibition, titled ‘L.A.Chien +, is a pack of gloriously individual and amusing creatures.

By collaging together vintage memorabilia Peter conjures up the wonderful characters and attitudes of the dogs he is portraying with bright insight and precise skill. The exhibition, as the title suggests, is Europe meeting America through the wonderful humorous eyes of the beasts that are everyman’s best friend.
