Last night I had my women’s show at Claridge’s hotel in London, showing Spring/Summer 2010 collection. It was very colourful, full of life and energy taking its inspiration from a book that will be released in 1 month’s time called ‘Gentlemen of Bacongo’. It is a great book showing photographs of an amazing group of men who dress immaculately but live in run down towns in the Congo.

The masculine clothes were taken from the book and the more feminine pieces were taken from the girlfriends of the men, who express themselves through the way they put the clothes together.

After the show we had a big party in collaboration with Evian on 29th floor of a building overlooking the River Thames, with British band ‘We have band’ playing and also 2 DJ’s called ‘Heartbreakers’.
