The Paul Smith e-voucher is an virtual online gift certificate that can be used like cash to purchase anything online at www.paulsmith.co.uk/shop. The e-voucher is sent via email and contains a voucher code and expiry date. It can also be personalised with a message. The e-voucher can be emailed directly to the recipient's email address, or the purchaser can email it to themselves with the choice of printing or forwarding on the email at their leisure.
How can I purchase a Paul Smith e-voucher?
A Paul Smith e-voucher can be purchased HERE in decimal amounts between £20.00 and £500.00. Other products can still be added to the shopping basket.
When will the Paul Smith e-voucher be delivered to the nominated email address?
Once payment has cleared the e-voucher will be transmitted electronically and then, just like a physical voucher, it is the purchaser's and recipient’s responsibility. Prior to purchase we ask the purchaser to confirm the recipient's email address. From time to time e-vouchers can get caught up in spam filters and it is up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility for gift vouchers that cannot be delivered to the recipients email address because of spam filters, firewalls, capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside our control.
Where can the Paul Smith e-voucher by redeemed?

How do I redeem a Paul Smith e-voucher?
Simply enter the e-voucher code featured in the email into the box provided during the checkout process. In order to redeem your e-voucher you must register with a valid email address with the website and except our Terms and Conditions. Only when you have submitted your order will the e-voucher be used. Only one e-voucher may be used per order and it cannot be used against orders using a promotional code. An e-voucher can only be redeemed against orders placed in GBP Sterling.
How long is a Paul Smith e-voucher valid?
E-vouchers are valid for a 2 year time period and must be used by the date shown on the e-voucher. Always check your e-voucher to find out when it expires.
Can a Paul Smith e-voucher be used in more than one transaction?
Yes, the recipient can spend above the e-voucher value using their debit/credit card to pay the difference, or less, and change will be issued in the form of a new E-voucher. The E-Voucher can even be used towards shipping.
How can I return or exchange items purchased with a Paul Smith e-voucher?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused items with labels and/or packaging intact within 28 days of dispatch. Faulty items do not require their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Like-for-like exchanges or exchanges of a higher monetary value (where additional payment is required) can be processed at a Paul Smith shop at a manager’s discretion; so long as adequate proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds must be made through the website, following the returns procedure documented on the returns form supplied inside your original order. If a refund is required, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).
Unfortunately, under no circumstances can returns or exchanges be made through Paul Smith concessions or third party departments stores.
Please note a e-voucher is a non-refundable product, however we reserve the right to cancel an e-voucher at any time.
