21st Century Tiger Charity

21st Century Tiger is a unique fundraising partnership between the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) and Global Tiger Patrol. It was established in 1997 and has since provided over a million pounds to a total of 67 tiger projects in seven countries, making it one of the top six contributors to tiger conservation worldwide. It supports projects that tackle problems such as poaching, habitat loss and conflict with humans, as well as funding studies that provide vital information on how tigers use the landscape. 21st Century Tiger aim to raise the profile of tigers through developing public awareness and educational programmes, raise funds to contribute to the conservation of tigers in the wild and to work with international conservation and scientific community.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Amex and Maestero. Payments are taken securely online at the checkout stage. Prices are displayed online in Pounds Sterling with the option of selecting a Euro price list. Prices are quoted inclusive of 17.5% UK and exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Orders shipped outside the EU will receive a 17.5% UK VAT deduction upon entering a non EU delivery address during the checkout process.

Successful orders will be followed up with an order confirmation email to the supplied address showing receipt of purchases. An order confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received but does not confirm acceptance of the order by Paul Smith Ltd. Acceptance will take place upon dispatch subject to card validation and authorisation checks and to stock availability.

Going forward, where products are delivered to you outside of the European Union you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, which are not included in the price of the products. Refusal to supply documentation or pay local sales tax and import duties will result in your parcel being returned to Paul Smith. Any additional shipping costs or administration fees incurred as a result will be debited from the refund of the cost of your goods.

Returns & Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch. You must return the goods to us - please try to return items in or with their original packaging with their labels intact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. You will receive a returns form with each order, for you to complete and return with the goods.

If the items you return to us are not faulty you will bear the cost of returning the items (such as postage). If the items you return are faulty then we will bear the cost and of their return. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.). If you require an exchange on a faulty item, then provided we have stock available we will provide a replacement, and you will not be charged again for delivery of the replacement item.

Goods must not be returned to our stores.

If a refund is required, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).

Like-for-like exchanges or exchanges of a higher monetary value (where additional payment is required) can be processed at a Paul Smith shop (this excludes Paul Smith concessions or third party department stores) at the manager’s discretion; so long as adequate proof of purchase is provided.
