We can only price match Paul Smith products bought from an approved Paul Smith online stockist. Products are exempt from this guarantee when sold online by stockists that have not been approved by Paul Smith Ltd; for example auction sites or stockists that are not on our official list of retailers. If you are unsure and require further details regarding stockists please contact us.
The Paul Smith Price Match Guarantee will no longer apply if for any reason we are unsure about the authenticity of the item or are unable to verify that an item is a genuine Paul Smith Ltd product.
If submitting your claim by email we will require the link to an active website page to enable us to price match the product.
The price match guarantee only applies to full price items inclusive of sales tax, and excludes seasonal reductions and/or any special promotions. Products must be the exact style, material, colour and size.
The price of shipping, or other services such as gift wrap will not be taken into consideration when price matching products. Our online prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges and any other services.
This guarantee excludes products made under license such as fragrance, spectacles, china and other products such as books and toys bought-in or not produced by Paul Smith Ltd. You can contact us for further information if you are unsure whether your preferred product qualifies.
Prices will be matched by currency like-for-like, and can only be compared in the three currencies we trade with online: GBP Pounds Sterling, USD Dollars and the EUR Euro.
At no point will products be price matched from high street or ‘bricks and mortar’ retailers. This guarantee applies exclusively to online shops.
We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee at anytime. The Paul Smith Price Match Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Les prix seront alignés par équivalence de devise et seules les deux devises prises en charge dans notre boutique en ligne peuvent être comparées : la livre sterling (GBP) et l’euro (EUR).
