"I'm probably the hardest person in the world to buy Christmas presents for, my poor wife Pauline struggles every year and anyone who's seen a photograph of my office will know why! Here I've chosen a few products from the huge selection of things we have that I feel are extra special for Christmas.
This is a bit of self-promotion. I've got an exhibition on at the Design Museum in London at the moment and to go along with it the publisher Rizzoli have worked with me on this book, it's called 'Hello, my name is Paul Smith'!
A famous musician was in my office recently. I can't say who it was, but he picked-up this guitar I've done with ESP and started strumming on it and it has a really great sound! It would look good hanging on your wall even if you can't play it.
This V-base holdall is expensive but is really beautiful so is worth every penny. I use one of them all the time and I promise you it will last and last and it gets better the more you use it.
We've worked on a really beautiful set of hand-cut wooden dominoes. They're particularly appropriate because my new shop at No. 9 Albemarle Street in Mayfair has one room where the walls are completely covered in dominoes!
There's a lot of great watches out there but this one, the Cambridge chronograph, has both a modern and military feel. The tan leather strap is lined in green suede, giving it that touch of something unexpected!
If you're buying presents for children or grandchildren we do some great junior clothes. We have lots of fantastic printed t-shirts that would make great stocking fillers.Posted on 6th December 2013
