Bradley Wiggins at Paul Smith Floral Street

Paul Smith Floral Street hosts the launch of Sir Bradley Wiggins' epic new tome, 'The Official Bradley Wiggins Opus'.

Following Wednesday's successes with the launch of the Bicycle Film Festival at Paul Smith Soho, yesterday evening Paul Smith Floral Street hosted Sir Bradley Wiggins as he released his latest feat; the creation of his very own 360 page, 15kg book celebrating his 2012 Tour successes.
2012 saw the culmination of a lifetime of hard work for Bradley; he entered the year as one of the country's greatest Olympians, the winner of six World titles and with dreams of making the Yellow Jersey his own and ended it with a fourth Olympic gold, the BBC Sports Personality of the Year and a Knighthood. 'The Official Bradley Wiggins Opus' focuses purely on his 2012 Tour triumph, with photographer Scott Mitchell following him day and night, on the team bus, relaxing in his hotel room, shaving in his bathroom, eating with the team, capturing the emotional highs and lows of one the most challenging event in sport.
The Paul Smith shop on Floral Street, Covent Garden was a fitting location given Bradley's friendship wth Paul, who explains: "My mate Bradley Wiggins had his book launch last night at my Covent Garden shop. I've known Bradley since he started out as a track cyclist and followed him through his many of his adventures so I was delighted when he asked if he could launch his book in my shop on Floral Street."
